20 years of industry experience and founder of three premier HVAC-related businesses in Utah – Comfort Solutions, a provider of residential HVAC services, Intermountain Comfort Supply, a distributor of HVAC and fireplace equipment, and Comfort Construction Services, a new construction-based HVAC installation business.

25 years of experience leading companies in various finance and accounting capacities. Former CFO of Charming Charlie, Haggar Clothing, National Waste Partners, and National Performance Warehouse. Has held several interim strategic planning and financial management roles while at Riveron Consulting and Deloitte Consulting.

Rob Adamek

Chief Financial Officer

30-year home services industry executive and former CEO of Superior Water and Air. Grew Superior from 10 employees to more than 200 employees over 27 years of leadership. Initiated first partnerships with Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe’s in Utah.

Rob Anderson

Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions

25-year home services industry veteran having served in various sales, merchandising, and leadership roles at some of the industry’s largest HVAC equipment manufacturers. Began his career as a Territory Manager at Trane before moving on to Lennox International, where he held various roles culminating as one of the $4 billion company’s three Regional Sales Directors.

The Best Practices Council

Our daily efforts to better serve our customers and improve as an operation are guided by our leadership body called the Best Practices Council, or BPC. Each month, the leading members of each of our brands meet, along with the Executive Leadership Team, to report on our successes, and lessons learned, share best practices, help with employee, customer, or vendor-related challenges, offer trainings, and work on group-wide improvement initiatives. We consider each member of the group part of our family and are motivated to help one another succeed.
